MUSIC IS MY PASSION
My love for music began when I was just a child and I started playing the guitar at the age of 6. By the age of 10, I was playing in the church choir and with numerous on-the-fly song and scale change requirements, I gained a strong ability to listen and adapt. Over the years, I took part in innumerable competitions, played in my family band for weddings, collaborated with peers from College and even released an EP with my College band, 83MPH.
Now, with over 25 years of playing experience, I have explored various genres of music, performed at numerous venues, including music festivals, clubs, and private events, I have developed my skills as a guitarist and am excited to use my experience to help my students become confident and skilled performers.
In addition to my playing experience, I have over a decade of experience as an educator in music and audio. I have taught in various settings, including private online lessons, one on one lessons at music schools and full college classrooms. Through my teaching, I have always strived to inspire and encourage students to realise their potential and achieve their goals. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience with others.
Last but not least, as a session artist, I am privileged to have had the opportunity to work with various talented musicians and to contribute to various recordings. I understand the importance of delivering high-quality performances and am dedicated to providing the best possible service to my clients. My primary goal is to service the song but I am always itching to hear you say the magic word – SOLO!
