Ninada – Guitar Student

As a partially self taught guitarist, I was not aware of the proper methods and techniques needed to play the guitar until I joined classes with Raemus. I had tried guitar lessons before but the teacher was rather intimidating and seemed to lack interest in teaching; the very opposite of how my classes with Raemus went.

Being a music student and person who enjoys singing, I had trouble figuring out how to play the guitar solely as an instrument rather than as an accompaniment for my singing. The main reason why I joined the classes was because I had seen Raemus play guitar on various occasions and I was awed by how good he was.

I was pleasantly surprised when I began taking lessons with Raemus. He had a really well organized curriculum with a huge amount of self-made practice content. This included finger & scale exercises as well as song tabs all organised into different levels with audio playback at varying tempos. This made it very easy for me to practice and understand.

The classes were mostly one on one and very enjoyable. Each day, I learned something new but the best part was that he always welcomed my questions and cleared my confusions immediately.

Raemus also had an excellent ear for music and could play any sort of riff and lead within seconds of listening. He was very open to teaching me any song which I was interested in. Regardless of the genre, he would get back to me within a day and provide me with the tabs and an audio or even a video tutorial.

Although it was quite a while ago (2017), I remember how I had started to gain confidence with playing the guitar. The fact that I was able to play songs using finger picking and chords were fascinating. I never once felt like I was being forced to learn anything like an assigned task, rather I realized how much I had started to enjoy playing the guitar just as an instrument.

Although I eventually had to stop taking lessons for personal reasons, I would still recommend Raemus to anyone who asks me. He is a very dedicated teacher who paid heed to all my needs and has imparted me with valuable lessons. He is a phenomenal guitarist and I strongly believe that anyone could become a decent guitarist within a year if you are as dedicated as him with his classes.
